Competent Person Assistance provides our clients with the complete range of health and safety support services to small and medium sized businesses. This package includes:

Stage 1: Initial Status Review

This is a confidential assessment of your premises and audit of your current health and safety practices to identify areas of non-compliance.

Stage 2: Develop Safety Management System.

Working in partnership with your staff, we develop a business specific Safety Manual and a complete record of your health and safety systems.

Stage 3: Transfer of Knowledge

As part of the package, employees nominated by you, receive instruction in operating the Safety Management System.

Stage 4: Mentoring

C J T Services Ltd works with its clients via a mentoring programme. Our Consultants work alongside your nominated employees, mentoring them every step of the way.
